  23. OK, here I go. My first S.O.S on the list! I've got an Alpha that I,m trying
  24. to install the NT 3.51 (from Floppy) upgrade to. It refuses to let me boot
  25. from floppy. The install file on the floppy is called some wierd thing. When
  26. I try to run the file it says Error 11 and I'm otta here! It then promptly
  27. shuts down.

  29.     If NT 3.50 is already installed, running winnt32.exe from the 
  30. Intel/I386
  31.     directory on your CD should work.
  32.  
  33.     If you are not already running NT, I do not believe the 3.51 upgrade 
  34. will
  35.     allow you to install it (because it is an upgrade) , although I could 
  36. be
  37.     wrong on this impression.
